Taking Inventory

Today's farmers' market haul:

3 zucchini
2 heads of cauliflower
3 lb green beans
1 pineapple
1 pint yellow tomatoes
1 lb yellow onions
1 lb baby Yukon Gold potatoes (plus one potato to make it exactly a dollar)
1 lb roasted salted peanuts
