An Open Letter to the Universe

Dear Universe,

Thank you for teaching me so quickly about the consequences of bad pet-parenthood. As a result (I think) of her foray into the pizza box, Loki was up at 3:30AM, 5:30AM, and 7:30AM with gastrointestinal distress. As a result of Loki being up, I was up. Universe, you win. I will no longer make irreverant comments about parenting. Oh, and Universe? Thanks for waiting until after my test was done. Appreciate it.
