Rule #1
Rule #1 is: No lace knitting after 10 PM.
Corollary to rule #1 is: Learn to use lifelines, so that when you ignore rule #1, you're not too screwed.
Because I will ignore rule #1...sadly, this has happened to me before. And right now, all that I have to show for about 3 hours of work is a pile of slightly crinkled yarn and some teeny tiny beads. Although, I've become far more proficient at getting the beads onto the yarn. (Positive thinking right there...aw yeah.)
